SECURESTACK TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ("SecureStack") provides the services described in these terms. By accessing SecureStack services, you agree to these terms. If you're using our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information safe and use it only to deliver or receive SecureStack services. This includes code, documentation, roadmaps, and customer data.

Intellectual property

SecureStack retains all rights to the platform, documentation, and brand assets. You retain intellectual property in your configurations, data, and applications.

Warranty & liability

SecureStack provides services "as is" and disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, specifically the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, unless superseded by a written agreement between your organization and SecureStack.
