Intellectual property
SecureStack retains all rights to the platform, documentation, and brand assets. You retain intellectual property in your configurations, data, and applications.
Warranty & liability
SecureStack provides services "as is" and disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the previous twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, unless superseded by a written agreement between your organization and SecureStack.
